**Manager of Academic Processes & Policies**:
Contract: Ongoing
Location: Melbourne Docklands
Salary Level: $121,256 to $139,448 plus 17% super

The Operations team partners with the diverse areas of our College to ensure we deliver successful educational and commercial outcomes. Our Manager of Academic Processes and Policies plays a vital role in the smooth management of student related policies and procedures across the College ensuring compliance with government regulations, requirements and standards.

**About your next role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our dynamic team at Monash College.

Working as part of our Operations business unit and reporting to the Director of Academic Operations, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to continuous improvement of policies and procedures and has enthusiasm for innovative strategies and solutions. With an analytical outlook, you will have experience in managing student and academic related processes and have proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

**Your background and experience**:
Your recent experience in a similar position or environment will see you hit the ground running. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to diversify their experience in a new environment. You are motivated, delivery focused and have strong attention to detail. Ideally you will have:

- Experience in report writing and supporting governance committees
- Advanced analytical and interpretation skills for a complex range of information and to address and make recommendations on the information
- Advanced use of education tools related to teaching and learning (e.g. Callista, Allocate, Google and Moodle) and new technologies
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret a complex range of information and to address and make recommendations on the information

Your leadership experience will allow you to support a high performing and fast-paced team to deliver against team and College priorities.
