We have an excellent opportunity for an Claims Resolution Officer to join our Finance, Food team at Macquarie Park, (NSW).

This role will be responsible for facilitating the process of supplier’s disputed claims investigation and provide support to the Claims Resolution Manager ensuring timely and accurate data entry. You will be required to provide high level of customer service to suppliers and internal customers regarding disputed claims and enquiries.

**What You’ll do**
- Data Entry disputes accurately and efficiently into Metcash systems
- Provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Exceed customer (suppliers and internal customers) expectations.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Support Claims Resolution Manager

**What You’ll bring**
- Strong customer service skills
- Advanced Data Entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Adherence to policy and procedures, time management and planning skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
