As the Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for the execution of processes and implementation of projects related to efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction in the bulk distribution team while ensuring compliance with the group requirements.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Organise the deliveries to clients and distributors; Optimise the trips with a routing tool respecting safety, legal constraints and customer satisfactions
- Improve the safety, quality and efficiency of the distribution; Identify improvement fields by simulating new dispatch schemes with the routing tool and propose solutions and implements them in coordination with the sales team
- Control the efficiency of the routing tool; Check the quality of the parameters and the tuning by analysing trip return feedbacks
- Manage non-standard deliveries; Analyse client needs in collaboration with order takers and sales teams; Propose the best solution
- Control the secondary transport execution; Check the consistency between transport invoices, planning and execution; Analyse gaps and advise stakeholders for the litigation management

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- 3 years of experience in fleet administration or related
- Ability to build strategic working relationships and influence commitment
- Strong planning, controlling and organising skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate and deal with changing environment
