- Seeking caring and committed people to support a 55-year-old man who is a Ventilated Quadraplegic to remain living independently at home by helping him achieve daily activities such as:
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration via PEG Care and Nebuliser
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation and Community participation
- Assistance using a Hoist (Transfers)
- Operating a Ventilator

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle (mandatory)
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
- A Valid First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
