**WHAT'S ON OFFER**
Our client is looking for a Leading Hand to work on multiple complex remediation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a good upcoming tradesman who has had experience with waterproofing, concrete, carpentry, bricklaying or structures.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- All-rounder position
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Remedial works
- Site set out and mark out
- Manage a small team
- Interpreting and reading plans

**TO BE CONSIDERED**
- Trade background / previous experience working with remedial projects on the tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret detailed site plans/drawings
- Strong ability to build relationships and liaise with externals
