**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Learning Experience Consultant** to be part of our Field Development Unit, People and Capability Command. The Learning Experience Consultant collaborates with stakeholders and provides support and advice on the design, development, production and review of quality learning products and services for NSWPF employees.

**Target Question 1**:

This role is responsible for managing a team of sworn (Police) and unsworn (Administrative) employees. Please provide an example of how you maintain momentum, build connection within your team, maintain positive team culture and support staff to appropriately challenge and develop themselves.
