Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be providing end to end project support on
- Advising on, and negotiating of various civil, engineering, supply and construction contracts
- Project delivery support, including preparing key contractual notices, assessing, and managing key project risks and drafting template agreements
- Support management of project claims and disputes, including preparing advices, responding to claims and notices, negotiating settlements and assisting with dispute resolution

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience as a commercial manager and/or legal professional within the construction industry
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Strong drafting experience, including construction contracts, dispute documents and notices/claims.
- Able to act and respond constructively in pressured and unpredictable environments.
- Proven ability to work with mínimal supervision, prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Interested in upskilling your commercial, legal and technical knowledge across different construction sectors.
