**Accountabilities include**:

- Lead the development and management of the medium-term rail program strategy and frameworks, including the strategic alignment of the sub-programs, in collaboration with delivery partners and key stakeholders to ensure integrated rail planning and delivery aligns with TMR and State government objectives.
- Provide a primary reference source for expertise, knowledge and advice on operational readiness, integration and interface practices throughout the portfolio, program and project life cycles to achieve milestones and rail delivery requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to implement strategies that ensure alignment of outcomes across sub-programs to deliver the broader Rail Coordination Program.
- Assess benefits identification and alignment within the portfolio, with emphasis on programs and major projects to ensure rail infrastructure investment outcomes are clearly aligned towards the achievement of the Department's strategic objectives in addressing key performance improvements on Queensland's transport network.
- Lead and manage the establishment and tracking of interface milestones to ensure the coordinated delivery of rail program deliverables to achieve customer benefits and outcomes.
- Actively participate in individual and team performance conversations to build and support a culture of performance improvement.
- Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.
