Linkforce has the opportunity for a **Technical Services Coordinator** to join our Head Office team on a full time, permanent basis.

The Technical Services Coordinator be the conduit to seek out, build and maintain customer relationships and will require someone with proven knowledge in the shutdown, outage, and project execution space - with a focus on the planning, scheduling, and execution delivery phases.

**What the role involves**:

- Manage the day-to-day implementation, execution, and analysis of our customer managed service offerings
- Establish and maintain best practice templates and operational guidelines
- Achieve Managed Services performance targets including customer satisfaction and retention
- Customer Relationships - Assume technical support ownership of the customers assigned and foster a relationship with key customer contacts to broker a positive and effective partnership
- Assists with pre-sales activities, scoping and financial management
- Attract and retain the right team members

**What is required**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Technology or Project Management
- Project Management experience working in a large complex organisation - experience in Six Sigma and Agile is highly desirable
- An awareness of risks and performance metrics
- Knowledge and a keen interest in IT systems is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management experience and commercial acumen
- A team player with a calm personality and ability to adapt to reactive environments
- Sound understanding of the mining and resources sector
- Demonstrated Knowledge and understanding of Shutdowns and Project Management
- A National Police Check
- Australian work rights
- A pre-employment medical
