Research Editor- Production/broadcast

As a Research Editor at Getty Images, you will sit in our exciting global team of content experts, meeting our top customer’s visual needs. In this role you will focus on briefs from our growing production and broadcast segment, sourcing content from the world’s best archives and outstanding class image partners, ensuring these customers can tell their stories. You will collaborate closely with these partners to help seek approvals drive commercial sales of their imagery.

**Your Next Challenge**:

- Act as a product specialist for editorial stills and footage; educate clients and internal staff on content through presentations and individual interactions.
- Create in-depth proof of concepts to help drive valued partnerships in the broadcast space.
- Collaborate with sales and customers to ensure that the entire scope of projects are understood in order to maximise revenue for all Getty Images products and services.
- Follow up with both client and sales rep to ensure that content selection meets or exceeds expectations and results in driving revenue.
- Create and discover opportunities by determining breadth of assignment when vetting or taking jobs.
- Communicate and educate customers on how to search for content on Getty Images website.
- Provide overall outstanding customer service through constant customer interaction.
- Share insights with internal partners on content trends and needs which result in acquisition of new content or uploading to website of existing content.
- Provide internal feedback to improve our online search experience and keyword functionality.
- Work directly with assigned clients, taking ownership of content related to their specific needs to maintain and grow their business.
- Attends conferences and customer meetings to help promote Getty’s offerings and to drive potential revenue.

**What You'll Need**:

- Experience in stock photo/ footage preferred, with production/broadcast background
- Communication skills - strong verbal & written
- Customer Focus - motivated to provide excellent service
- Ability to work independently to lead projects without supervision, seek answers independently
- High accountability in achieving results
