**Responsibilities**:
Need: Personal Assistance & Design Creative

Australian Client | Part time | 12-16 AUD per hr

Were currently looking for someone to work in a part time role in the Australian Mental Health Space.

**Requirements for the role**:

- An experienced individual who has worked with English speaking clients previously
- Highly motivated to perform admin tasks accurately and autonomously when required
- Must have competent English written and spoken skills to provide great customer service
- Person to be enthusiastic, a great communicator, highly organised, show initiative and think 3 steps ahead
- Must have strong internet connection & capable hardware (computer)
- Able to work during Australian office hours
- Must be open to working very close to the business owner
- You have a creative eye for managing and creating (Canva) social media posts, attractive documents,

appealing EDMS and making website edits on Wordpress
- Prioritizations and planning is second nature to you
- Person will be required to assist and support with running of courses/programs
- Good knowledge with using Asana, Todoist, SharePoint and other tools and apps is required
- The selected person will need to show great attention to detail
- Someone who wants long term and stable work

Tasks within the role include:
Respond to participant queries & assist with troubleshooting
- Dissemination of course materials, individual course links and e-learning codes
- Managing Sharepoint centralised database
- Other general admin tasks (event booking, scheduling, organising tasks, ordering materials, sending meeting requests
- Manage the social media accounts, create EDMs, make website changes and manage blogs
- Managing all creatives for the company to make everything look in brand and professional
