As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be providing direct care in a dignified and respectful manner that delivers excellence in customer service to our residents. Following care plans you will assist with personal care, daily living tasks and general mobility. **About the role**
- Located at our Woodcroft, Seaford, Hendon & Hope Valley Sites

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Minimum 6 months experience
- Existing working rights in Australia
- Possess a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care - or equivalent
- A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centered
- The ability to work individually and in a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy building positive relationships with residents their families and staff

- To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue._
