
Network Development Manager, Seeding and Tillage

**Job Description**:
COMPANY PROFILE:
As a steward of the Seeding & Tillage brands in Australia and New Zealand, the purpose of this role is to drive growth and improve the sustainability of the distribution network through comprehensive market coverage with high quality Dealers that are aligned with the CNHI Agricultural strategic direction and performance expectations.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate and implement strategies to optimize the dealer network footprint being considerate of current and emerging industry trends and other CNHI brands to ensure business resilience over the medium to long term.
- Manage and perform competitive analysis and benchmarking of Dealers to maximize wholegoods, Seeding & Tillage market share and service & parts penetration.
- Identify and share best practice for Seeding & Tillage to enhance Dealer Capability
- Manage Seeding & Tillage Dealer network performance and where appropriate participate the Dealer Performance Improvement Program.
- Be the conduit for the Seeding & Tillage brands on all expressions of interest from outside the existing dealer network.
- Support and drive key Network Development activities such as Dealer quality standards, Dealer visual identity, Dealer financial improvement, and Dealer advisory boards as required.
- Work with CNH Industrial Capital on Dealer requests for financing.
- Interface with external Dealer business consultants to strategize and contribute to specific Dealer actions.
- Work within the objective and scope of the Network Development team to actively improve processes and procedures in the drive for simplicity and efficiency.
- Support onboarding and termination of Dealers ensuring compliance with all internal requirements and both State, and Federal legislation.
- Specialised project work from time to time on solving specific issues.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Business Management or related is desirable.
Essential experience and skills:
- Relevant Network Development experience within an AG/CE or Automotive equipment OEM/retail business environment or similar organization.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and drive for personnel development.
Language Requirement(s): English
