Working with a State Government client seeking an Executive Officer to join their Healthcare department.

**Your new company**
Hays is working with a State Government Healthcare client looking to fill a part time Level 6 Executive Officer role as soon as possible.

**Your new role**
As an Executive Officer responsibilities will include:

- Provides secretariat and executive support to the Steering Committee
- Prepares and circulates timely and accurate agendas and minutes
- Coordinates meetings, including venues, travel and accommodation arrangements, as required
- Prepares reports, correspondence, briefing papers and annual business plans

**What you'll need to succeed**
your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as well:

- developed organisational and prioritising skills
- Experience in high level executive support to senior Government committees, including planning and administrative ability to deliver timely outcomes.
- Excellent written communication skills

**What you'll get in return**
