**Total Remuneration $171,061 (Package includes base salary of $152,069 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading)**

**About the role**

The Strategy Alignment Lead is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies and business frameworks to ensure that TAFE NSW achieves its planned outcomes in a coordinated and holistic manner. The role also supports in designing and executing an integrated planning framework to foster cohesive cross-functional planning activities and ensure alignment of various plans across the organisation.

**About You**

You will have demonstrated expertise in driving the implementation of strategic planning and / or business improvement across a large and complex organisation. You will be skilled in bringing together research and analysis to develop evidence-based strategic planning concepts and frameworks that are contextually relevant to the organisation. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to deliver evidence-based analysis and advice that takes into account the needs of diverse stakeholders.

You will be able to efficiently navigate an evolving internal and external environment and thrive working as part of a fast-paced and high performing team.

**Essential Requirements**
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience relevant to the role.
- Demonstrated expertise in undertaking research and analysing data using multiple sources and drawing meaningful insights that are presented clearly and concisely to inform planning directions and decision making.
- Proven expertise in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
