Big Wheels Truck Alignment (BWTA) is Australia’s largest specialist in heavy-vehicle wheel alignment and suspension. We're searching for a hands-on leader to run our busy West Gosford workshop **with a clear, contract-backed pathway to owning the franchise within 2-3 years**. **Core Responsibilities**

1. **Workshop & Logistics** - Coordinate alignment bays, schedule jobs, control inventory and uphold high safety standards.

2. **Financial & Reporting (MYOB)** - Manage invoicing, P&L reporting and KPI dashboards.

3. **People Leadership** - Lead mechanics and apprentices; drive a safety-first culture.

4. **Business Development** - Grow existing fleet accounts and win new business across the Central Coast/Hunter region.

**Ideal Background**
- **Cert III Mechanical Trade** (Heavy Vehicle, Automotive or similar).
- Proficiency in **MYOB** for day-to-day accounting and reporting.
- Workshop leadership experience, with strong customer-facing skills.
- HR/MR licence, tyre or alignment knowledge, or prior franchising exposure— highly regarded.
