About the Role
Develop and implement multi-strategy, multi-sector interventions to increase the capability of Metro South Health to provide equitable, effective and appropriate care to communities with identified health and access issues.
Contribute to Metro South Health equity & access initiatives by establishing internal business and improvement systems that enable innovative and flexible responses to the changing environment and result in improved efficiency and consistency of service outcomes.
Establish systems to monitor the health of communities in Metro South and identify health disparities in order to provide direction and plan flexible responses to emergent health needs.
