Your new role
The role of the Customer Experience Officer is to manage the day-to-day aspects of customer and sales order management. The role has core responsibilities of order management, sales order processing, customer management, coordinating customer enquiries and requests, supporting on-road Sales team, online enquiries, and working with the Sales Team to ensure new ranging opportunities are offered to customers within a timely manner. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Customer Experience Officer may also have delegated responsibilities from the National Customer Experience Manager, which may include various forms of order entry, sales order maintenance, range offers, customer maintenance, and general divisional administration tasks.
