Bohemia was founded in 2011 to challenge the definition of media, and the function of a media agency. We do this by harnessing the power of media in all its forms to create profitable customer growth for our clients.

The opportunity - Planning Manager

You will champion and implement the multi-channel media strategies and be a conduit between all teams within our Bohemian community.

A snapshot of what you'll do
- Take the lead in authoring & presenting Implementation Recommendations and Blueprint plans following the Unity process and owning the work from brief right through to PCR's, developing learnings for future activity.
- Prepare and maintain accurate Blueprints ensuring Media Exec's are updating plans post trading and any changes are reflected and communicated back to the client.
- Manage quality outputs in all documents and reporting and work within agreed internal & external timelines.
- Form a formidable partnership with your Performance-skewed counterparts (be joined at the hips).
- Manage optimal workflow by creating workback schedules to manage all internal and external deliverables.
- Work closely with Strategy, Connection Design & Performance teams when developing combined channel plans that flow into an optimal implementation recommendation.
- Manage, mentor and inspire Media Executives and Coordinators.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Demonstrating solid experience across media planning & buying and account management with a track record in delivering client results.
- Strong understanding of the Bohemia's Unity process working collaboratively within an integrated team and delivering best in class recommendations.
- Depth of experience in multi-channel and in-channel planning and execution tools and measurement.
- Demonstrates solid understanding of POSE channels and the role of performance channels within the broader marketing efforts of clients.
- Ability to build strong relationships with the day to day marketing managers.
- Successful delivery to client campaign objectives & KPIs.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and curious to evolve learning to keep up with new technologies and players in the market.
- High level usage across key proprietary & industry tools to reinforce all responses.
