We celebrate people who embrace our values and BIG AMBITIONS and the opportunity is here now for a Trading Manager to join our team in Sydney. **The Opportunity - Trading Manager** The role of the Trading Manager is a newly created role to further develop Bohemia’s trading capabilities and deliver best-in-class trading and campaign insights on campaigns across the group. A snapshot of what you'll do - Support the NPD in all aspects relating to media investment and trading. This includes deal management across all media, deal tracking and delivery, price analysis, maintaining data support systems as well as developing Bohemia media intelligence - Support the NPD with the pricing database - Take the lead in quality management during the dynamic trading process at the campaign level from benchmarking, negotiation, campaign tracking and insights, pre and post-campaign reporting, developing learnings for future activity - Manage quality outputs in all reporting and work within agreed internal & external timelines. - Form a formidable partnership with your head of partnerships to lead and champion the craft of media trading - Champion the delivery of value, not just in pricing but also in media quality across client campaigns - Oversee the briefing and reporting process in relation to trading with Bohemia’s media barter partners - Work closely with the media manager and media director when developing combined channel plans that flow into an optimal implementation recommendation. - Responsible for delivering accurate actual and forecasted budget tracker reports by the client by channel/publisher. - Plus, much more our Talent Team will share the full job description in the interview stage **SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES** - Demonstrate solid experience across buying and negotiations, with a strong track record in delivering client campaign objectives & KPIs.. - Strong understanding of the buying process, working collaboratively within an integrated team and delivering best in class media buys. - Demonstrate a passion for media and an in depth understanding of the Australian media landscape across all channels. - Data analytics skills with the ability to deliver accurate, insightful reports - Experienced in trading and managing the trading on audited clients - A collaborative spirit with the ability to build strong relationships internal and externally with the day to day sales directors, managers and execs - Strong understanding of the media landscape and curious to evolve learning to keep up with new technologies and players in the market. - High level usage across key proprietary & industry tools to reinforce trading responses or support the planning functions through providing pricing benchmarks (TVMap - Excel and Buying Optimiser, VOZ, ETAM, ERAM, SMD) - Nice to have: Experience in activating campaigns across programmatic trading desks such as TheTradeDesk or DV360 **What WE value MOST** - Walk in different worlds - Make Uncommon Sense - Run Towards the Fire (except if there is an actual fire when we run away from it) - Roll as one - Be excellent to each other **Best Bits About Working With Us** Our big benefits fuel our big ambitions.
