TDDA Penrith is looking for a professional Office Manager with great customer service skills and available to work flexible hours located in Sydney's south western suburbs.

This role requires you to have flexible availability. TDDA provides a 24/7 service to our clients and the successful applicant will be required to be on-call when rostered to do so.

You will receive full training to perform daily business activities. You will require a full and current clean driver's license and Police Check, as well as the ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

**Key Skills and Attributes required for this role include**:

- Have a current Driver’s Licence and able to drive manual vehicle.
- Exceptional personal presentation and interpersonal skills, plus have strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and able to work autonomously.
- Be computer literate in Microsoft word, excel, and Outlook 365.

**Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Managing clerical and routine administrative operations
- Coordinates appointments and manages staff
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintain standard office procedures
- Plans all in-house or off-site activities of the organization.
- Handling scheduling and internal communication
- Perform onsite testing for drugs of abuse from urine or oral fluid specimens.
- Perform onsite breath testing for alcohol.
- Maintain chain of custody of samples and detailed records of all visits and samples.

Schedule:

- Shift work

Pay: From $76,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
