**About the Company**
Our large NSW State Government client serves the community by leading the provision of world-class education, connecting all stages from early childhood to tertiary qualifications across the NSW community.

**About the Role**
They are currently seeking an experienced Administration Support Officer to join their growing team in Blacktown with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 6month temp assignment, with a strong potential to extend.

Working within the Security Asset Management Business Unit, you will be required to provide a wide range of customer and administration support to assist in achieving Departmental objectives.

In this role, your duties will include but won’t be limited to the following:

- Deliver high level and professional frontline customer service
- Answer enquiries within a timely and accurate manner
- Inbox management, generating correspondence
- Facilitating the resolution of complaints
- Coordination of security maintenance requests with contractors and technicians
- Generating spreadsheets and reports, tracking works completed
- Complete financial administration duties including purchase orders and invoices
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, facilitating engagement, partnerships and contribution of ideas
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You**
To secure this rewarding opportunity, you will have the following:

- Demonstrated Administration or Business support experience
- Asset, Facilities, Maintenance Support or Public Sector experience highly advantageous
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and TRIM
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Valid Working With Children’s Check and willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Reliable remote internet access with the ability to work remotely from home
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
