Chandler Macleod is looking for a customer focused, dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial Recruitment team in Mulgrave, VIC. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is excited at the chance for a new opportunity where no two days are the same.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a pivotal role in working with clients to provide recruitment solutions to meet their needs. In this role you will help to contribute to our success by:

- Meeting with clients to discuss opportunities and strategic staffing pool planning
- Creation and posting of job advertisements on platforms such as job boards and social media
- Demonstrating and driving a genuine commitment to safety through proactive safety initiatives
- Adhering to clear process and compliance guidelines
- Achieving KPI's and targets
