**Company**: Is a global commercial finance company established in the 1970's and entering the Australian market in the last 7 years. They are focused on commercial equipment finance (rental or leasing) for business critical assets referred from equipment dealers, vendors / OEM's and direct customers.

Their platform is market leading, allowing non-finance people to: Quote, Approve, Document and Settle, commercial asset finance deals.

Unlike many players, this company has their own balance sheet to lend.

**Opportunity**: An originations role, developing referral partnerships with business equipment suppliers. If you have worked with IT / ICT resellers and dealers, this might be the next opportunity for you in Finance.

**Role**: Reports to the MD in Melbourne and will originate relationships with dealers of business critical assets, typically: IT, Print, Telephony, Commercial equipment Vendors, Resellers and Dealers. These relationships will help those dealers sell on payment plans (leasing/rental plans) from 6 to 60 month terms.

This role is originations focused, looking to expand their dealer introducer network, by showing them how to succeed with leasing.
Use leasing to:

- Retain customer relationships,
- Enhance sales margins / basket size
- Customers pay for business assets as they use them

**Requirements**:We are looking to discuss this role with applicants who can show the following:
1. Prior B2B sales origination history, ideally focused on building reseller, vendor or dealer networks in business equipment.
2. Understanding of equipment finance, including equipment rental over terms to 60 months is preferred.
3. Driven originator, to expand partnerships and increase finance penetration (as a % of the dealer's sales)
