- Tracking housing prices, trends and other factors that influence the supply and demand for housing.
- Handling negotiation and transactions involving in buying properties.
- Assessing clients' financial needs, and researching and evaluating available finance products to meet the clients' requirements.
- Reviewing clients' financial situations, discussing potential financial options and formulating financial strategies.
- Advising on loan packages that align with the clients' needs and borrowing capacity.
- Conducting interviews with potential clients to explain coverage risks, premium costs and rates, and benefits, and recommending appropriate coverage types and amounts.
- Facilitating the arrangements of home loan mortgages and other types of finance for clients through banks, lenders and financiers providers.
- Drafting and preparing documents that outline the terms of finance agreements, including repayment schedules, interest rates and loan durations.
- Identifying and providing guidance on significant risk changes to clients' insurance
- Managing complex and commercial leases, equipment financing, commercial and project financing, and financial arrangements for property developers.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Financial Services
- Capable of building strong relationships
- Identifying opportunities to enable success through our products & service offerings.
- Developing high levels of positive engagement and broker retention
- Customer service experience is preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
