**Fulfilment Officer**

**Full Time** **-** 12 Month Contract**

- **_Shift commencement time of_** **_between 6:00am to 9:00am, Monday-Friday._**

Working in a close knit Fulfilment Team and reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, our Fulfilment Officer is responsible for the delivery of all customer communications and collateral via the mail system for all insurance policies sold and administered by Greenstone.

The role of the Fulfilment Officer is to ensure that all customer documents are printed, sorted and enveloped accurately and are sent to customers in a timely manner. The Fulfilment team also receives all inbound mail correspondence, which is passed onto the relevant business units for appropriate action.
