We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.
**About The Role**
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator to work within our People & Culture Department. Reporting to People and Culture Manager your primary duties will include:
- Support cyclical P&C review processes
- Creation of employment contracts and other employment documents
- Support Business Partners with investigations and performance management
- Support with general inquiries and triage to appropriate Business Partner
- Trigger the exit interview process
- Support P&C projects in line with the wider P&C long-term strategy such as Policy and Procedure
Who we are looking for:
**About you**
- A people person: We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous P&C: We are looking for someone with at least 12 months previous experience in a P&C role
- A keen learner: As our business grows, we are looking for someone who is eager to grow with us. If you’re committed to improving your HR skills and knowledge, we encourage you to apply.
- Degree qualifications are NOT a pre-requisite for this role
- Attention to detail: We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail and previous experience using the Microsoft Office suite, HR Systems and Payroll Systems.
Able to work remotely when necessary and willingness to travel
