**The Role**
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.
We are now on the lookout for an experienced and influential leader to join Crown Perth as a Bell Services Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient running of the Bell Services department which encompasses Bell Desk, Driveway and Valet Parking across Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade. The Bell Services Manager will ensure the team provides a quality customer service experience through providing a warm welcome, smooth delivery of guest luggage, parking of guest cars and driveway management.
**About You**
- Experience in a busy customer service environment (five star environment preferred)
- Previous Hotel operational experience essential
- Experience in multi-tasking whilst remaining professional and calm in pressured environment
- Strong communication and time management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills and proven track record
**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you'll:
- Hotel Management or Business qualification is preferred
- Manual Driver’s License
