**The role**

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Perth Hotel team as a Bell Services Attendant. We have multiple Part Time positions **(48-76 hours per fortnight)**available across Promenade, Metropol and Towers.

As a Bell Services Attendant your role will comprise of a combination of Porter and Valet Attendant duties. Being the first point of contact for our guests you will greet them upon arrival and departure; deliver, collect and store luggage; explain room amenities and valet park guest's vehicles.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuing guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail through both service and complex knowledge

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- A passion for customer service
- Reliability and trustworthy attitude
- Excellent time management skills

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you’ll:

- Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence (No Learners or Provisional plates)

This role requires:

- Flexibly availability across 7 days per week
- Previous customer service experience
