**Who We Are**:
Feedwell is one of Sydney’s leading corporate caterers, serving up fresh, nourishing food to companies like Google, Amazon, TikTok and more. Our production team works carefully behind the scenes preparing and assembling salads, wraps, sandwiches, sliders, fruit salads and grazing items — all to high standards, tight timelines, and with zero fuss.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Prepping** ingredients by **washing**, **slicing**, **portioning**, and **organising** ahead of production
- **Creating** salads and fruit salads **accurately** following the recipe
- **Assembling** sandwiches, wraps, and sliders with **precision and consistency**:

- **Maintaining** a **clean**, **tidy**, and **well-stocked** work area throughout your shift
- **Following** instructions **carefully** — every scoop, measurement, and layer **matters**:

- **Working** calmly and **efficiently**, while **collaborating** closely with your teammates

**Requirements**:

- Some experience in food prep or kitchens preferred (but not essential)
- Able to speak and understand English well enough to follow instructions
- Physically fit — this is a hands-on role that involves standing and moving
- Comfortable working at a consistent and steady pace with mínimal distractions
- Willing to work either of the listed PM shifts (with some flexibility if required)

**Shift & Pay Details**

**Shift Options**:

- Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Monday to Thursday 8:00 PM - 1:00 AM

**Pay**:

- Adult rate: $30.35/hour
- Mostly fixed shifts, with occasional flexibility as needed
- **Free meals** and a positive work environment.
- Permanent positions are also available
