**What will you do?**:
We're seeking a dynamic 1:1 Marketing Specialist to run the day-to-day operations for our direct marketing program. This pivotal role will drive increases in customer engagement, contributing to immediate online sales, the omni-channel strategy, and enhanced customer retention.

This role be responsible for the 1:1 marketing channel and execute clear direct marketing strategies and plans to optimise online trade sales from our BAU activities, including optimising weekly processes to continue to transform how we engage with our customers.

This is a 5-month fixed term role.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Work with many internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute and analyse direct marketing activity that grows online trade sales and delivers strong returns for the business.
- Collaborating with marketing and brand teams to ensure consistency of execution across all 1:1 channels and having an amazing eye for detail.
- Optimize current direct marketing activities to deliver greater frequency of engagement, category participation, brand awareness, and increased customer lifetime value.
- Protect and enhance our customer database asset through contact strategy execution.
- In conjunction with the line-manager, be accountable for the Target direct marketing P&L.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Proven experience in 1:1 marketing, online trade sales, and CRM programs; with retail experience advantageous.
- Demonstrated acumen in driving online trade sales and revenue growth through direct marketing initiatives.
- Expertise in developing and implementing strategies for digital direct marketing and CRM capabilities that engage customers.
- An amazing people person, with strong team leadership and communication skills, guiding various stakeholders to execute impactful marketing activities.
- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and leaders.
