**About this role**
Do you have the desire to work in a fast paced and busy environment? As a **Service Station Consultan**t you will be responsible for overseeing staff services, office facilities and tenancy security, along with ensuring the general upkeep of all office areas such as kitchens, print rooms, meeting rooms and communal areas. This role sits within our **Melbourne** Service Station team where you will have the opportunity to create high level, strategic relationships in the Melbourne office and across the Arup Australasian region.

**What will I do?**
- Monitor and assist in allocation of Office Services (OS) Requests
- Monitor pool car bookings, control keys and hygiene packs
- Liaise with staff regarding key/swipe programming, issues, collections and drop off
- Logging maintenance requests through Building Management database and following up
- Assisting staff with services such as dry cleaning, borrowed PPE, umbrellas, chargers, etc;
**What will I bring?**
- Previous reception or customer service experience.
- Prioritises and manages own workload, using appropriate tools
- Ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure
- Builds rapport and networks with external and internal parties
- Is seen as accessible and approachable to others looking for help or information
