**About the role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Manager to lead within our Contact Centre based full-time out of our Brisbane office. This is a pivotal role where you will have the opportunity to have a real impact on Youi’s success and ensure the delivery of a professional, efficient and customer focused experience. If successful, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all facets of service delivery including communicating targets for sales, customer service metrics and compliance expectations regularly;
- Leading, coaching, supporting and developing a talented group of advisors;
- Driving a positive culture in-line with Youi’s values, that delivers strong staff engagement;
- You may be required to attend Sunshine Coast Head Quarters in Sippy Downs for initial training and induction.
**Skills & Experience**
- Background in Contact Centre management is highly desirable
- Ability to build high performing teams through guidance and coaching;
- Excellent data interpretation and analysis skills;
- Solid understanding of contact centre processes and procedures;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Expert levels of stakeholder management and cross-functional influence;
- High level of integrity and professional accountability;
- Ability to embrace and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
