**Our Opportunity**:
Are you passionate about resource management and delivering exceptional support to our members and business units with a focus on optimizing opportunities to enhance member experience and business performance?

We are seeking an experienced, talented Resource Management Analyst to join our team and provide forecast analysis, support real-time management of queues and deliver strategic direction to our business units in Australian Unity.

You will bring an inquisitive team focused approach with a commitment to delivering resource management that not only supports monthly business performance but brings to life our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for our members.

You will also bring a focus on balancing service levels with operational costs, recommending recruitment requirements and a willingness to support the needs of our stakeholders daily.

Accountabilities include:

- Producing workload forecasts and statistical recommendations to support stakeholder performance.
- Forecasting scheduling requirements to meet forecasted workload volumes.
- Actively supporting the resource management team in real-time queue management and scheduling of activity when required for team coverage.
- Providing insights and recommendations though analysis and reporting to support business performance.
- Actively supporting, coaching, and educating team members and stakeholders on principles of resource management

**About You**:
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following experience:

- 2+years’ experience in a Resource Management Planner Analyst role or equivalent within contact centres with demonstrated ability to deliver forecasting and model staff requirements on a monthly basis or when required.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills and a confident ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical knowledge of Resource Management systems such as Alvaria, Salesforce and Genesys
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with development and delivery of reporting for stakeholders
