**Role Overview**: As the Full Time Operations Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the smooth daily business operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll engage in various tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program and organise operational resources to assist with household relocations.
- Liaise with internal and external customers to meet affiliated mutual service objectives.
- Maintain customer service contact through the move process.
- Assist with fleet and equipment maintenance scheduling and ordering of packing stock and other consumables.
- Data entry of timesheets, manifests and other administrative duties.
- Efficiently resolve queries, liaising with stakeholders to address issues or variances.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work under pressure with attentive organisational skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer literacy with intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred.
- Be neat and presentable with a car license as a minimum.
- Strong work ethic and commitment with attention to detail and a 'can do' attitude.
- Previous household goods removals industry experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
