As a highly recognized and trusted solar company, this is a career-building opportunity for a highly motivated individual to become our Operation Assistant at our Canning Vale Office.

- This role is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company and obtain experience in various technical and operation functions.
- Our core business hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

- You must have the ability to demonstrate strong initiative with a **"can do" attitude **and exemplary work ethic through the quality of your work and outcomes by meeting deadlines and managing your tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Self-motivated and the willingness to follow directions.
- Reliable, punctual, accountable and proactive.
- Attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- A minimum of relevant office experience will be required to secure an interview.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent phone manners.
- Ability to learn fast and develop a working knowledge of various online platforms.
- Team player to fit into our young and vibrant company culture.
- Electrical Engineer and previous solar company experience will be prioritised.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
