**About the Role**:
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Parts interpreting for a variety of machines including Forklifts, Skid Steer Loaders, Tow Tugs, EWP’s, Excavators, Sweeper/scrubbers
- Providing pricing, parts & technical assistance to the sales & service teams
- Handling customer enquiries, identifying parts and dispatching in a timely manner
- Following up outstanding quotations and purchase orders
- Servicing the technicians’ parts requests as required
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with parts interpreting and parts EPC systems.
- An understanding of the material handling industry (desirable)
- ERP System experience (Movex or SAP) desirable; together with intermediate PC skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and able to analyse data
- Ability to be proactive
- Strong customer focus with the ability to liaise with customers and staff at all levels.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Automotive Sales (desirable)
- Good knowledge of automotive parts (desirable)
- Previous experience as a parts interpreter within the material handling industry or similar (desirable)
- Previous experience with M3 (or SAP similar)systems
