We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Storeperson to join us at Iron Bridge on a 14/7 DS/NS roster. Reporting to the Planning and Warehouse Supervisor, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions and results.

Key Responsibilities:Freight & Logistics:
  • Track urgent orders and freight movements to ensure timely delivery
  • Consolidate freight where possible to reduce costs
  • Manage incoming freight: check against manifests and update relevant registers
  • Manage outgoing freight and backloads, including preparing D/G paperwork
  • Update registers such as Component Core Register, A/C Bottle Register, Grease Register, Track Register, Rebuilt Components Register
Inventory:
  • Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies between shelf and system levels
  • Support housekeeping audits
  • Conduct routine system checks and balances
Administration:
  • Assist the accounts team with APWF and related tasks as needed
  • Notify relevant stakeholders upon receipt of urgent or critical orders
About You:
  • Extensive knowledge of warehousing and logistics within a mine site environment
  • Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle stakeholder complaints and solve business problems
  • JDE software experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Forklift High Risk license
