Our client is a highly regarded wealth management firm with a reputation for excellence and the quality of their team. The business offers a wide-ranging wealth management offering and their corporate benefits team is growing and they need a talented team leader to join the business.
**Role Overview**
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of workflow and administrative support for corporate clients.
- Support the objectives of the Insurance & Benefits Advisory divisions with strong client and service provider relationships, driving positive client outcomes
- Contribute to fostering referral partnerships and seeking out new business opportunities
- Oversee the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring contractual obligations are met and managed in a timely manner and to the highest standard, including any SLAs and underwriting administration
- Support and contribute to the ongoing evolution and refinement of our client's market-leading client offering
- Support and drive continuous improvements of processes and procedures
**Responsibilities**
Lead a team of Client Services Executives to execute and manage services outlined in each client Service Agreement, including:
- Ensuring the upkeep of accurate client data contained within Google Drive (for Google client only) and Fin365 database (for all other clients)
- Work with internal Advisers and Insurance specialist stakeholders to support retail insurance clients and Group insurance/Superannuation programs, including maintaining updates, underwriting, claims and management of referrals and continuation options
- Drive productivity, ensuring the team maintain response times as per Key Performance Indicators
- Support the growth of their Service Offering - lead projects including but not limited to RFPs, tenders, presentations and other ad-hoc tasks required for administering their client benefit plans and to deliver excellence in all areas of service and support to our clients
- Coordinate Adviser 1:1s, workshops and presentations
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and strategic initiatives as appropriate
