Provide advice on change management strategies, communication plans, and training to build regulatory capability and support reform initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate programs that align with Harm Prevention and Regulation's strategic objectives and emerging reform priorities.
Develop and implement a whole-of-division management and leadership development program, addressing current and future workforce capability needs.
Provide guidance on performance planning and review processes, including tools and resources that support continuous individual and team development.
Contribute to business and strategic planning processes for regulatory capability development products and services, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Develop and maintain effective project planning, monitoring, and reporting systems to track the progress and impact of regulatory capability initiatives.
