**What you will be doing**:
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key part of our sales expansion in the APAC region. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential new customers through research, making initial contact, qualifying and generating meetings for your territory Account Executives and assisting with generating pipeline.

You’ll be expected to develop ongoing product knowledge and market awareness and act as a trusted advisor to the people you talk to. You should be seen as an expert who can help organisations solve the challenges they’re facing.

You’ll be provided full training on all aspects of the business, our products, and you’ll learn a ton about accessibility, user experience, SEO, and more.

**Where you will be working**:
We’re currently looking for a Sydney-based resident for this hybrid-based role.

You will be working from our office in Sydney city center at least 3 days per week.

**You should join us if**:

- You are a resident of the greater Sydney area and are legally authorized to work in Australia
- You have at least 6 months of Sales Development experience and preferably within a SaaS company
- You are passionate, hungry, and eager to make a name for yourself
- You can convey complex information clearly
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You can take the initiative to identify and solve problems with urgency
- You have a passion for technology
- You should be approachable and offer to help where needed

- You shy away from fast-paced environments
- You are worried about telling your boss they are wrong
- You need someone to tell you exactly what to do
- Conversations about money, budgets, or sales make you uncomfortable
