About the School Located within the Scenic Rim Council area, St Bernard State School is 30 minutes from the Gold Coast in Queensland's South East Region. Our school provides high quality education for Prep to Year 6 students. About the Role As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students. Uphold values-based, ethical and moral leadership. Embed socially just practices in daily school life. Set high standards for student and staff performance. Engage in lifelong learning and professional development. Form partnerships with parents, agencies, community groups and stakeholders. Be future-oriented and strategic.
