About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our growing team in Ringwood on a Permanent, Part-time basis, 2 days a week, working Monday and Wednesdays.

This role is pivotal in ensuring safe, efficient workforce scheduling and service continuity for our clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise rosters for mixed workforce, including permanent and casual staff of care professionals.
  • Analyse service requirements, manage leave and backfill, and ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Proactively address and resolve shift changes/cancellations to minimise service disruption.
  • Provide timely, friendly support to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Payroll Manager with roster reports and timesheet reconciliation.
  • Coordinate meetings/inductions for staff members with their roster

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in rostering/scheduling within health, community, disability, aged care, or similar.
  • Proficiency with care rostering systems and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, etc).
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills; able to negotiate and influence to achieve outcomes.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, team-focused, and results driven.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and following compliance processes.
