Work 3 days per week family friendly workplace.
Join a growing team of skilled home care package workers to work with people who are over 65 living in the community on an approved home care package to remain living at home.
This is a role for an innovative person because you will need to take a proactive role in the delivery and growth of high quality, creative, flexible, reablement focused community aged care while ensuring service systems are maintained.
- Minimum Cert IV level qualification in business admin, aged care or equivalent
- Extensive experience in the aged care sector, particularly a current understanding of aged care reforms
- Extensive experience with the My Aged Care system
- A high level of experience with Procura data system is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with a team of workers with complex rostering needs
