Burnett’s Plumbing Supplies is a family-owned business that’s been serving the Geelong community since 1987. We supply high-quality plumbing products and are known for our friendly service, strong team culture, and long-standing relationships with local tradies.

**Position Overview**:
In this role, you’ll support day-to-day office tasks and play a key part in keeping everything on track. You don’t need years of experience - if you’re switched-on, organised, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing paperwork for orders, invoices, and supplier statements
- Performing accurate data entry into our systems
- Following up with suppliers to resolve any issues
- Providing general admin support to the team
- Assisting our branch network when required

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Detail-oriented and organised
- Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple tasks
- A clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiar with Xero or other accounting software (a bonus, not essential)
- Previous experience in an office or admin role is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person
