**Dialysis Technical Services Manager**
- An exciting opportunity to lead our Dialysis Technical Service team in a full time, 12-month, fixed term role
- Work within a small, highly specialised team, as part of one of the largest dialysis services in Victoria
- Play an integral role in ensuring the effective and safe delivery of haemodialysis services within the RMH Kidney Care Service.

The Kidney Care Service at The Royal Melbourne Hospital is one of the largest dialysis services in Victoria, catering for over 500 dialysis patients. The service encompasses 5 metropolitan dialysis sites, 20 regional satellite dialysis units and approximately 35 home haemodialysis patients. The Dialysis Technical Service team is responsible for the installation, maintenance and measuring the safety performance of all haemodialysis and water filtration equipment within the RMH Kidney Care Service. The service is committed to providing patients with high quality, safe and effective care through innovation and research.

**Your role**:

- Manage the small but highly specialised Dialysis Technical Services Team, based at the Royal Park Campus
- Be responsible for the oversight of haemodialysis and water fitration treatment equipment across the RMH KIdney Care Service
- Ensure asset management systems are maintained and fiscal responsibility for all aspects of Dialysis Technical Services
- Provide staff, patients, regional partners and external contractors with a day-to-day management contact

**About you**:

- At least 5 years experience of dialysis technical service working with central water processors, water filtration equipment and haemodialysis machines
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Previous experience in leadership, with proven ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
- Desirable to have previous financial and asset management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centred focus
