**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a Mortgage House Lending Officer, you will engage with customers to understand each customer’s unique situation and requirements and provide them with practical and tailored mortgage solutions to meet those needs.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Connect with Inbound leads to provide different lending options and actively respond to customer enquiries
- Provide solutions for complex scenarios and structure loans that are beneficial to customers needs
- Keeping up to date and having a great understanding of products, services, policy, compliance requirements and tools
- Manage and monitor pipeline to promote growth, sales and service opportunities
- Maintain high data quality standards by ensuring information captured in CRM and documentation is accurate and maintained

**ABOUT YOU**
- Satisfactory level of technical and professional skill / knowledge relevant to the role, whilst keeping up with current developments and trends
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- You are passionate about sales and are driven and motivated to reach and exceed targets
- Ability to analyse situations and use initiative to find creative solutions whilst maintaining a high concern for accuracy
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or similar recognised qualification
