**Your new company**

This Big Four Bank is looking for an experienced Lending Manager for the Wentworth area. They have excellent resources for training and really focus on doing what is best for each customer.

**Your new role**
- Utilise the bank's strong introducer program and leads from other areas of the branch and business as well as your own referral partners
- Coach customers through the end to end journey of buying their own home or investment property
- Deepen customer relationships and proactively develop new ones within the community

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in a home lending manager/associate/specialist role
- An existing network and the inherent skills and attitude to build further pipeline
- Good credit and technical knowledge with a proactive and adaptable attitude
- A team player who has excellent interpersonal skills, shows great initiative and holds strong business acumen
- Language skills in Mandarin or Tamil will be advantageous but not essential

**What you'll get in return**
- A salary of $120 -140k + Super + Incentive dependant on experience
- A book of existing customers with a collaborative team supporting you
- A reporting line to a specialist sales Manager to support and guide you as well as the local knowledge and leadership from the Branch Manager
- Regular reviews and ongoing coaching and mentoring
- Work for an industry leader with an affluent customer base
