**Your new company**

This Big Four Bank is looking for an experienced Lending Manager for the Wentworth area. This bank offers a competitive salary as well as a range of non-monetary employee benefits, a flexible work environment and great opportunities for career progression. They have excellent resources for training and really focus on doing what is best for each customer.

**Your new role**
- Utilise the bank's strong introducer program and leads from other areas of the branch and business as well as your own referral partners
- Coach customers through the end to end journey of buying their own home or investment property
- Deepen customer relationships and proactively develop new ones within the community

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in a home lending manager/associate/specialist role
- An existing network and the inherent skills and attitude to build further pipeline
- Good credit and technical knowledge with a proactive and adaptable attitude
- A team player who has excellent interpersonal skills, shows great initiative and holds strong business acumen
- Language skills in Mandarin or Tamil will be advantageous but not essential

**What you'll get in return**
- A salary of $120 -140k + Super + Incentive dependant on experience

- A reporting line to a specialist sales Manager to support and guide you as well as the local knowledge and leadership from the Branch Manager
