- As a
**Pool Bar Supervisor**, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Crown Towers The Pool in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manager. You will assist the Manager in team motivation and ensuring that operational procedures, standards and goals are met daily. Furthermore, you will monitor and evaluate customer service levels and act as an escalation point for frontline bar staff at the venue.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Hospitality role (preferably bars)
- Approved Managers Licence
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage products
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge of Beer, Spirits and Cocktails
- High commitment to exceeding customer service standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Basic understanding on Microsoft Office products

**Preferred Criteria**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- **All roles are seasonal and on a fixed term 6-month basis**
