**Ventia’s Defence Base Services (DBS)** team at** RAAF Pearce, Bullsbrook** is looking for a **Project Supervisor** to join our team.
As the** Project Supervisor**, you’ll be responsible for delivering key civil and building construction projects that ensure RAAF Pearce continues to operate at peak efficiency. You’ll coordinate sub-contractors, manage project budgets, and collaborate with Defence personnel, all while experiencing the thrill of working on a Defence base with planes soaring above**Why You’ll Love This Role**:

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Scope, price, and plan projects: Prepare detailed project proposals, including complex cost estimates and technical alternatives
- Work closely with Defence personnel: Coordinate with a range of stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Lead subcontractor coordination: Ensure smooth project execution by managing subcontractors and sourcing competitive pricing and high-quality work
- Manage projects from start to finish: Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Uphold safety and quality: Follow established risk management, quality, and safety procedures to maintain a safe, efficient work environment

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Cost planning & project management: Strong knowledge of principles and practices
- Construction & maintenance experience: Background in civil construction and reactive maintenance is highly regarded
- Negotiation & relationship-building: Ability to influence and establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Computer proficiency: Competent in MS Office; experience with MMS SAP systems is advantageous
- OHS Card: Current White/Blue Card

**What You Need to Know**:
Defence Security Clearance: You must be an **Australian citizen** and eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 clearance
